We Are Hiring!

We are looking for a 20 hours a week part-time office assistant in Hollywood Florida. Hours are flexible, but ideally 1pm-4pm, 6 days a week.

Work directly with the business owner on all customer orders, including reviewing orders, picking and inspecting inventory, preparing packages for shipping. Associate will also assist in receiving inbound inventory to inspect, label and organize new products.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good computer, browser and typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation is critical.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good at working alone, or unsupervised.
  • Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maneuver and carry small to medium boxes to UPS and USPS.
  • Must have a reliable car

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for shipping.
  • Inspect products and label packages for customers.
  • Driving to the Post Office for drop-offs.
  • Organize inventory into allocated spaces.
  • Assists in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
